The questions behind a stronger business

What would make the
biggest difference?

More orders. Lower spending. Smarter buying. Start with one question you can act on.

01GROW SALES · CHECKOUT & CONVERSION

How can I sell more
without buying more traffic?

Before paying to bring in more visitors, find out why people who already want to buy do not finish paying.

BI Forge connects your store, payment and traffic data. See which step, device or channel deserves a closer look, then measure the changes your team makes.

02CUT COSTS · PROTECT WHAT YOU EARN

Where can I cut costs
without cutting what works?

A busy store can still spend too much to win and fulfill each order. A sales total alone does not show which spending is paying its way.

BI Forge brings sales and relevant costs into one view. Compare channels and products, check where spending deserves a test, and track what remains after costs.

10% LESS AD SPEND · SAME SALES ASSUMED$2,000 / month

Lower listed costs. $24,000 over 12 identical months.

This assumes sales and other costs stay unchanged. Compare actual channel results before changing budgets.

03FIND TIED-UP CASH · BUY WITH A CLEARER PICTURE

How much cash is
stuck on the shelf?

Some products sit for months while best sellers run out. Ordering more of everything can tie up even more money.

BI Forge combines stock age, sales pace and purchasing data. Review slow-moving items and replenishment before the next order.

in your business?

Choose the outcome you care about. Enter your own numbers to see what the assumptions would mean.

Potential additional monthly sales

Checkout starts × (scenario rate − current rate) × order value. A sales scenario before returns and costs, not profit. Assumes unchanged traffic and order value.

Discuss this scenario
A practical starting point

One business question.
A focused first project.

Agree on the decision before choosing the dashboard.

01 / DEFINE

Choose the question

Discuss the decision, the people who need the answer and the systems that hold the data.

An agreed problem and success criteria
02 / VALIDATE

Check the numbers

Review sources, definitions and gaps. Confirm a realistic scope, timeline and project price.

A scoped proposal before implementation
03 / BUILD & USE

Make it repeatable

Build the agreed reporting view, validate it with your team and explain how to use it.

A reporting workflow your team understands
Before we talk

A few fair
questions.

We already have reports. Why add anything?

You may not need more reports. Start by checking whether your existing reports answer the decision you need to make, use consistent definitions and arrive on time.

Can GMV tell us how profitable we are?

No. GMV measures transaction volume under an agreed definition. Profitability also needs returns, discounts, product costs and relevant expenses. The contribution example here is not net profit.

Will a dashboard increase sales by itself?

No. Reporting can show where to investigate and help prioritize action. Your team still needs to test changes and measure their effects.

Do we have to replace our current systems?

That depends on your setup. The first review checks whether your current systems can provide the required data and whether a limited integration is enough.
